I use ultravnc v1.01 on my Lan and it's ok viewer on XP Pro SP2 (video driver on)----Lan 100Mbps---> Server on w2k SP4 (video driver on) But when I use the viewer over internet to take the hand on a w2k SP4 or XP Pro SP2 with a DSL 2Mbps it's very slow viewer on XP ...

but with the RC18 it don't work, i always have a persistent messagebox

sorry no news ....

I try -reinstall with winvnc RC18 but no "time MessageBox"
always "persistent Messagebox"

because it doesn't work in RC18 the popup message stay on the screen always.
I don't try RC19, i think your answer is for this new release.
Could you confirm me it doesn't work for RC18 release

it just stop the actual running service and install the newer
