I was using the MSRC4Plugin.dsm version 1.21 (7/10/2006) which didn't seem to want to work with my DynDNS host name and only worked if I hard coded the IP address into the helpdesk.txt file. Help! Spent over 5 hours! Tried using latest 2 builds Viewer builds... tried latest DSM... tried the old DSM from SingleClick page... no avail! tried registry key as well, tried multiple rc4.key .... Connection without DSM: Fine! Connection with DSM: FAILED ... like the other posters on this page ...
