update:
i have used this a few times since my last post, and am having trouble with UAC.
the sc does not disable the UAC, and when i navigate to the control panel in vista to disable it the viewer throw a write error (WriteExact: Socket error while writing) and stops the connection.
am i missing ...

fantastic work, this seems to work great, no problems here, just installed configured and ran.
i was looking in the bin directory to see if i can add manually another box - I need another technician box so i can send it to one of four computers . can i do this manualy from any 'helpdek.txt' file ...
