Create your tree of folders somewhere, put your .vnc files in there and view it as normal with Explorer.

Installed this program twice. Click the shortcut to run it, and nothing happens.

Try right-click on the short-cut --> Properties --> Compatibility and select "Windows 2000" compatibility mode.

When the plugins are used, a copy of the plugin is created in the UltraVNC program directory. This is bad programming practice of course, the copy could be created in %temp%, but anyway...
