Thank you Paul, you have been very helpful. I tried using a completely different PC on the LAN and VNC Viewer worked on there with both VNC server and Single click. So it was the firewall on my PC (Comodo) - it allows VNC Viewer to work with the VNC server but not Single click (Listening mode). (I ...

My LAN isn't on the internet, does it need to be?

I can't understand why normal VNC server and viewer work but SC doesn't.

I've tried viewer in lisen mode.

...on the wall with this. Could someone please open my eyes..

I can't get SC to work on my LAN but normal VNC server and viewer work fine on both 5500 and 5900.

My helpdesk.txt looks like this:
[HOST]
Double click here
-connect 172.30.254.253:5500 -noregistry

Any ideas?
