tried all that.. aero turned off.... used the caramel builder.. then tried the adventig product... same issue

Hi Guys... I am sure this has come up before, and ive had a good read and followed the help so far.. but i still occassionally have a vista machine that connects to me and i get the screen come up black for 15 seconds, then i see their desktop for a millisecond then it disconnects.
