No currently it does not do that. I have been working on a new version that will allow you to install it temporarily, which could be used to make it reboot and then re-initialize and reconnect SC.

You can do it but the .exe ends up being much larger.

I have attached our AutoIt scripting setup for using any version of WinVNC as single-click.
If you want to customize this you are expected to have some knowledge of how autoit works, 7zip and winvnc itself.
Everything is included from the AutoIt script to the Koda Form for further customizations ...
