Yes, VNC Control can be used with repeater. I'm using it right now! Just set "/proxy IP:port" (without quotes) in Settings->Groups and Computers, PC Settings Tab, Connection Options textbox. I have the same problem.

I have to remote admin several machines that display images on large projectors and leaving the mouse in the middle of the screen when closing the client is not acceptable at all.

I'd like some kind of option to keep the mouse at place when client disconnetcs.
