Cannot get working SC server

I cannot get a working SC server exe. I used helpdesk.txt below to create the SC server with Online Creator but when I use the created server it won't connect correctly. It also does not show the 'Enter ID' pop-up.

It is setup via a repeater. This works, tested it with UVNC viewer and server ...
