Ok, I figured it out. I WAS doing everything correctly, I just didn't realize there was an additional step after you set your AD credentials. YOU HAVE TO REBOOT THE HOST COMPUTER!

Thanks for the help. Ill have to dig into those links you provided and learn myself something. Here are the answers to YOUR questions:
1) all my work stations are xp pro sp3
2) I am using the latest release of uvnc, 1.05 (i think thats the latest)
