In your helpdesk.txt file, delete this line:
[DIRECT]
Re-Compile, and using that version, your user will have to provide input to connect.

Add e-mail function to SC?
Has anyone out there done this? Is there a way for a us to add an e-mail function to SC? Maybe an add-on to the txt file, or an add-on to the executable?
