I had the same problem on Windows Server 2003. One possibility I'm considering (a pain, but maybe the only way) is to setup fake hostnames in my hosts file, and have each host correspond to the same address, but the hostnames correspond to the titles I want for UltraVnc.

I actually ran into the same problem, but did find a cure. Apparently the problem is running "Show Default Settings", which is winvnc.exe -defaultsettings. When I went manually to the program files directory of UltraVNC, and manually ran winvnc.exe by itself, it brought up the configuration window ...
