Does UltraVNC have the "listening viewer" feature, aka reverse connections, available ?

Hi All ! I am already a user of TightVNC under Windows (2k & 98). I would like to try Ultra, for the encryption facility. May I just install Ultra besides Tight, or should i uninstall tVNC first ? Or just disable some drivers ? How to... in brief ? Any interworkings possible (without the encryption ...
