Thank you for the advice on using the UVNC repeater. I will give it a try. Can you suggest an URL to point me in the right direction? I have found a couple things explaining how to set up the repeater, but they seem a little confusing. I will give them another look, but any advice ...

With No-Ip, you still have to setup forwarding in the router, don't you?
