first i have to thank redge for his great help to get the SCIII repeater with windows working!
He helped me (and you) a lot with his tutorials and his fast replies on this forum.
But now i'm in front of just one little (big) problem:
How to make SCIII work on linux?
Of course, with the default ...

AFAIK you can limit the Range of the used IP's!

Setting up SCIII
Hello,
i just found out how to set up SC Connections Host --> Server and this worked very fine for me.
But setting up SCIII is still hard for me :(.
Also i've still got some questions.
For example is it possible to make this work:
SCIII (Server) --> Proxy --> Repeater --> Proxy --> Viewer?

No i understand, that i need a listen viewer on port 5500.
So, do you know if there is a possibilty to change port from 5500 to port 80 in repeater mode?
I tried it out a few times but without any results

Hi,
i've tried to get SC run on my Server System without any success.
The normal UltraVNC does work very well, but when i start the SC, my viewer PC didn't find the Host in the same network :(.
After making a port scan i found out that the normal UltraVNC Serversoftware opens 2 ports, 5500 and 5800 ...

I don't know any solutions for directly connect to PocketPC's from a workstation over the internet.
But I know that you're able to establish a connection to your PC over an USB Cable with your PocketPC device.
