I have been trying to set up UVNC and/or PCHW for two months. I initially tried UVNC and found it easy to setup and configure, but whenever my friends and family tried to use my executable to connect nothing happened.

Thanks to tomWoP I now have a customized logo and can actually connect to the remote host. One teensy problem, there is a "connect to helpdesk" button that doesn't connect to anything. I get an error message when I click on it. Is there any way to delete it or make it connect?

I am having two major issues with PC Helpware:

1. I can't get it to connect. I set up a direct connection, it's listening on port 5500, I have nothing checked under the UPnP section because when I do check automap I get "unable to add mapping" or "unable to delete mapping" errors. When it does try ...
