I have been trying to set up UVNC and/or PCHW for two months. I initially tried UVNC and found it easy to setup and configure, but whenever my friends and family tried to use my executable to connect nothing happened.

Yes, I thought about that, the only problem is I don't see where that text button is coming from. Here is what my helpdesk file looks like right now.

PC Helpware "Connect" button is buggy.

Thanks to tomWoP I now have a customized logo and can actually connect to the remote host. One teensy problem, there is a "connect to helpdesk" button that doesn't connect to anything. I get an error message when I click on it. Is there any way to delete it or make it connect?
