I'm trying the bridge feature, but it doesn't seem to work. UltraVNC Viewer stays on this screen.


I know it's still an alpha feature but I think that from a graphical point of view the bridge code should be visible more clearly.

how - bridge-mode woks? this is only screen or there is already a beta?

Until UltraVNC 1.5.x.x version, I can use "winvnc.exe -kill" to close UltraVNC Server.

Now in UltraVNC 1.6.x.x, there is a popup that ask yes or no. Same if I click shutdown UltraVNC in the systray bar.

There is a way to kill UltraVNC from command line to ...

in same path of vncviewer there is a options.vnc file. this is an ini file, cliear entris on [connection]

using dsmplugin and connect via command line: winvnc -connect -ipaddress:port -run in reverse mode

viewer stay about 10 sec in connection status on "password ...

Maybe you have an error client (viewer) config.

Hello rudy, i know now viewer has a local ini for settings but is there a command line switch to use new scale server option?
I think scale server is a great function and now it works in reverse mode too.

Hi, i think you should use:
Vncviewer.exe -listen -autoacceptincoming

The problem is kasperdky self defence. You can try to disable it for a testing.

there is a way to use direct x option in listen mode and from command line?
I'm able to use it only on direct connection (viewer to server) and not on reverse connection (server to viewer in listen mode)

i have this issue:
connect viewer and server to repeater using SecureVNCPlugin.dsm, viewer use many cpu and lock on "request password" screen
