Thanks but i tried it another way.
i used my dyndns name in the helpdesk file instead of a private adress.

like myname.mine.nu and that name is linked to my outside ip.

and on the viewer pc i used my internal ip.
now the pchelpware program works internal and also over the internet.

i`m using the pchelpware program and it works fine for me but i have one problem. when i want to change the icon it will not work.
i`m using windows vista ultimate 64bit on my computer and when i want to use replace icon it will not change it.
what can i do about this.
