You have to open a dos window (Run | CMD) Then change to the folder where your files are in.. (use backslashes) cd F:\Install\Utilities\PcHelpWare\create_server\server if you are changing the icon on the default server program then (and put a copy of the icon called icon1.ico here in this folder ...
