Multiple simultaneous users ????

I have need to use a remote client on my w2k Pro machine but I need it setup in such a way that when i log in with uvnc that the user on the machine at the time can still work. Is it possible to have multiple sessions???? without affecting the user in front of the host machine. Thankyou
