Hello Rudi, thanks for the info. I've just merged the to directories. When I'm trying to compile the setup script I'm getting an error: Line 49: Value of [Setup] section directive "SignTool" is invalid. In this Line stands: SignTool=signing Used for compiling: Inno Setup QuickStart Pack 5.4.0

I've downloaded the "UltraVNC_1.0.9.5.bins.zip" also. But I'm not only missing the Inno Setup scripts. There are a lot of other files missing also. Maybe I've forgot to say UltraVNC is installed on a virtual WinXP Client (VMware) and used with Citrix XenDesktop.

I've mentioned that i have two processes of winvnc.exe when running ultravnc as a serivce.
When I simply start the winvnc.exe standalone I only have one process of winvnc.exe.
Is this correct? Maybe someone could explain this to me.

I've the problem that I the person supported by me (via my vncviewer) can't see the mouse coursor moving. He only could see if I activate a Window or enable/disable a optionfield ect.
When he moves the mouse I could see that in my vncviewver.
What I'm doning wrong?
