The CMD window always has opened in C:\Users\AccountName.
I have changed nothing. I no longer see the CMD window -- it opens the batch file as soon as I finish entering the prompts.

OK, the problem isn't really with Create.bat. The problem is when I try to create a new server Create.bat never runs to completion.
