Yes, I know that. But :
- just autofilling the username would also be a helpful feature (just prefill the username text filed, so the user can edit it, just as in current version)
- sending the hash and adding support for it in the VNC server might also work

redge suggested I post this as a feature request
I tried to use the MS Logon feature, so that I can forget a password and use my windows password.
But if I enable MS Logon, the old password does not work any more.
So everyone that has access must be informed to use the new authentication method ...
