UltraVNC

I have had several cases where I VNC into another PC, WinXP, with CAPS LOCK activated on the remote pc. The only work around I have found is to reboot the pc, then wait a couple minutes and re-logon to the remote pc when it has booted with CAPs off. I noticed there is a send special character ...
