Re: RemoteZilla: Vista/Win7 VNC Helpdesk Remote Support Soft
Many times when working on a clients PC I will open a program such as Malwarebytes to perform a scan for spyware. Once the program opens I no longer have control of the PC. I can't click on anything on their PC. I can only move the mouse. So, I then have to tell the customer on the phone to close ...

Thanks for the reply.
I'm not using encryption. So it must be something else.
Are you able to use RemoteZilla on a machine on your same network?

Re: RemoteZilla: Vista and Windows 7 VNC Remote Support Soft
I've made the move from OneClick to RemoteZilla and so far so good! However, if the Remote Computer and the Viewing Computer are on the same network RemoteZilla doesn't work. When the .exe file is executed on the Remote PC there is no notification on the Viewing PC and it just times out. OneClick ...

Re: OneClick - SC w/Safe Mode Reboot & Reconnect w/Vista
1.8.7.8. Mmm ... on closing a session the wallpaper is restored, but then I encounter a "rePaper" copyright notice. I left it on screen, and it removed the wallpaper again after a few seconds. After dismissing it, the WSH error "Can not find script file ..." returns. Yup, that's what I've got

- You no longer have to be logged onto the remote desktop to uninstall
the software. If you reject an incoming session the software will now
be uninstalled even if running in service mode sitting at the Windows
logon prompt.

Re: OneClick - SC w/Safe Mode Reboot & Reconnect w/Vista
Ok, 2 quick requests. 1. Can you make the Timer appear at the upper right hand corner of the Customers screen by default. (my personal selfish request) and 2. Since the Timer has the "Quit", "Boot", & "Tools" options built in, Do not create the "Stop", "Boot", and "Tools" icons on the customers ...

Now I see. It's where you will put the Voice Chat, Draw on Desktop and other plugins...
I figured I was being a dumba$$ and was missing something.
So that option is really to be used when those plugins come out. right?

Re: OneClick - SC w/Safe Mode Reboot & Reconnect w/Vista
Tried the New(er) beta. So far I'm not a fan of the "1cToolBox Tools" thing. I just think it's a bit of a waste. (unless I'm missing something) Also, the folder that it creates on the Customer's desktop does not remove itself when I disconnect from the customer. Also, even when I create a new ...

On a side note... What do you guys like better: 1. Using the Repeater option to connect into your Main PC from a secondary PC to assist customers thru OneClick or 2. Using Remote Desktop to connect from a secondary PC into your Main PC to assist customers thru OneClick So far I've just been using ...

Re: OneClick - SC w/Safe Mode Reboot & Reconnect w/Vista
Tried the Beta and not bad!
However, I don't think I would use the 1cToolBox tool.
It would make the download pretty big. I would just stick with the regular "tools" method. Nice though.
btw, When installing the 1.8.6.7 version it says 1.8.6.6 on the Welcome to Advantig... screen.

Could you also allow us to change the "tools" icon that is placed on the desktop and the start menu.
Thanks!

Re: OneClick - SC Creator w/Safe Mode Reboot & Auto-Reco
2 Questions: 1. Can I change the "green eye" viewer listening task tray icon on my PC? 2. I run the UVNC Listener on my Office PC. I also have a laptop that I travel with. Is there a way for me to control my customers computer using my laptop while I travel? I've been using remote desktop to connect ...
