As i run No-IP as system service... this may happen... so, as another try before posting the topic was to stop that way of working... run it by hand.
It is not an issue of dynamic dns.
What is more, i try from another PC... a friend in Internet... and can connect with both, PC and Notebook... listen ...

Hi,
I configured my helpdesk as this:

[HOST]
Desktop
-connect wizardinformatica.no-ip.info:5500 -noregistry

[HOST]
Notebook
-connect wizardnotebook.no-ip.info:5550 -noregistry

I forward as virtual server in my router, the static ip of both PC, desktop and notebook for both protocol in their port ...
