Thank you so much for the fast reply. We just upgraded to 1.1.8.0 on the desktops, and configured a 2011 SC and hopefully this "lagging response" issue will be resolved for us. Can you think of what else might cause the screen refresh to take so long sometimes?

I have never seen Ctrl-Alt-Del work with UVNC and Widows 7. Am I doing something wrong? Any work-arounds to send a Ctrl-Alt-Del to the computer?
Maybe a exe file that can copy up to the PC to make it work?

Can you then also replace winvnc.exe and vnchooks.dll with the latest 1.0.9.6.2 version to take advantage of all the improvements since 2005 version?

This is nice, but with unsigned DLL, the program generate a red WARNING THIS PROGRAM MAY HARM YOUR COMPUTER is not professional when helping clients.
Its a lot of work, to find out this flaw. When will the compiler be fixed to generate sc.exe with updated to work with SecureVNCplugin.dsm ?

Eureka it works! My problem was with a mal-formatted helpdesk.txt. For some reason I was getting a build, but not with the new changes to the [HOST] area.

All sounds good, but how to get it to work with SC?

Is the mirror driver of any advantage to SC? Should it install on the technician end? Will it speed things up, or cause problems?
