did you get rid of the problem you describe in this forum topic?

I think resource hacker is your answer... I translated most of pchelpware using that tool.

Is someone using this wrapper ? I'm only able to start the server, but what to do next ? I have no idea.. Didn't get to the testing part of this script. if the code I posted above works for you, there is nothing to dwell about that code is more easier on the eyes to read, so I may change the original download with this change...

direct connection is like you have two computers. one that needs support and one that supports.the connection is directly.

repeater is like an gateway. the users that want support all loggs on to the repeater, and waits there untill a supporter logs on the repeater with the same userid and password.

non of the code require any extra packages.
I noticed that I used short tags, so you can at least change <? to <?php

what server do you use? IIS/Apache? windows/linux?

error messages can be deceiving...
have you used any non-english character's in the variables?
does other php-scripts run fine?

I have used this code for near a year now on my server, no problems yet.

I just tested it my self, and it seemed to me that it worked without flaws

what you need is logmein.com
it does that. it installes as a service, it has a webpage where you can see who is online, and they have free accounts, with limited features.

why do you want to go trough the firewall when your users are on the same subnett as yourself? or are there two subnets on 192.168.9.x? (from what you posted it seems like this is true and you got to go trough a firewall to get to the othe subnet.. ) a repeater availble on the internet should do it ...

try VNC echoware. when your client runs a server package, it will lie in the systray until the user exits it or you do it.

the repeater01.ultravnc.info is on a windows xp home box... it is win32 exe no linux required..
