Hi everybody
The situation is:
We provide Remote support to different clients and there is about 10 of us that need to do this. We are all on the same network behind a firewall and at times we all need to be able to connect to clients. What is the best way to do this?

Hi Everyone, We are a IT Consultant firm and we are looking at moving into UVNC SC for Remote Support. Whats the best setup so that more than one Technician/Consultant can be providing support to clients at one given time?
