Problem with that is the IPs will be internal ips (192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x) and there is not going to be any guarantee that they individuals running the SC server will have internet access (but they should have access to the internal webserver which could host a helpdesk.txt which could be ...

Is there any way to get a SingleClick modification where the hosts in the helpdesk.txt file can be retrieved from a web hosted either txt file or xml file so the ips can be changed and the applications will be able to get the new information without needing to download a new version.
