How do I setup my own repeater on my own PC?

Hi

I want to know rather than rely on uvnc.com's repeater, can I setup my own repeater on my pc? I'm running windows XP Professinoal and will be connecting to other PCs via pchelpware on this machine too.

I'm on a LAN so I aint behind a router either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
