Thanks, I ran the regular server and found that I can connect to my listening viewer.

I run the SC, and it extracts files into the temp directory and runs winvnc. That exe exits with no error ...

Mystified - SC crashes

I created a SC and when I try it, after double-clicking on the connection the window closes, a bubble says it will try connecting for 5 minutes, and after a second or so then the process exits. There is no error message and nothing written to the NT Event Log. It just vanishes.
