It seems to behave the same way whether I have installed the video driver or not (I've tried on three remote computers)

Each failed connection has been over WAN... when I do it in my office LAN it works beautifully.

I don't understand what you mean by "tcp/ip stack mtu size uncorrect, could you ...

Screen will not load!

So I setup a server. Inside my LAN it works great!

Whenever I have a client connect to me over the internet, it partially loads maybe 3/4 of screen at the most, not showing any desktop icons or the start bar... only the wallpaper.

It will not force refresh and I have tried disabling direct x and ...
