Have checked that and not the case.may be client pc have arltready installed an winvnc.exe on it. Try to look if winvnc.exe don't run in the background before launch SC
Any other ideas appreciated.

Forgot to say this is SCII (based of 1.00) using a repeater .
If I enable the DEBUG option in helpdesk.txt.
Starting WinVNC opens a command window with the messages:-
sockets initialised
The operation completed successfully.

Hi all, I've just created my first SCII (based of 1.00) using a repeater and it works great except for one PC. This problem PC is a W2K/SP4 Server and to try and debug the problem I downloaded the individual files without zipping them and placed the DEBUG option in helpdesk.txt. Starting WinVNC ...
