Thanks for the help guys! I think I got this thing all worked out
The port problem thing was a problem with my router.
The open twice problem, was caused by incorrect compiling.

port number problems (will donate if it works)
I compiled a custom SC.exe and set it up to connect to my public ip with a port and set my router with all the port forwarding info. But when I start the SC.exe it hits my router with a different Port# every time! any suggestions? helpdesk.txt [TITLE] Infotel Systems Remote Connect [HOST] 208 ...
