I opened everyone of those .au3 files and searched for appname. "Nadda."
Can you tell me which file, and in which directory you are referring to???

It worked; and, much better then UVNC's methods. Couple of questions though: 1) The helpdesk.txt file; where is your wizard pulling or creating it from.
