UltraVNC

This is how I do it: Install UltraVNC on a single computer in the domain manually. Define users with WinVNC.exe -defaultsettings, and password etc. Run MSLogonACL.exe /e <filename> Extract registry settings and ACL, and import it with these cmd's: regedit /s <regfile> MSLogonACL.exe" /i /o <filename ...

via gpo you can deny access to certain exe-files. WinVNC.exe is run by Local System if you install it as service. So you can deny the specific users access to run exe-files containing "winvnc.exe".

gimme a beep if it works or not.

I tried it yesterday, and i were able to connect but got only a black display without interaction (mouse&keyboard).

if psshutdn doesnt work you're admin$ shares are propably not functioning.

you could make a macro to shut em down with VNC but thats quite unpredictable. i suggest fixing the comps and use psshutdn
