i can't even get the viewer window to show up.
when I try to reconnect it says I'm already connected, but I get no screen
graphics/communications drivers are installed
running XP Home
Does locking the system shut down the service somehow?

I unchecked the "new MS logon" box and left the "require MS logon" checked and now it lets me logon with my normal user account. Only took about an hours worth of frustration to try that. Only problem I'm having now is loggin on w/VNC after the computer has been "locked". I'll post that in another ...
