ar... sorry. i missed the connection setting of my own. it is very simple. my viewer is running on the public ip and clients (server) were running behind NAT. or I did tried on public ip, however, both were same.

thanks for your reply. actually, my viewer pc is very old and it is P3 configuration. i guess the VDO adapter doesnt' fully support the directx v9.0c as well. however, is there any way to improve the quality of display remote computer other than upgrade my pc? thanks.
