I live in the USA. For what it's worth...I setup a repeated on our mail server. This works but no better than repeater01.ultravc.info. Still painfully slow. Any other ideas?

I can connect using direct connect and it is much faster. Almost equal to Teamviewer. I'm also using the 'repeater01.ultravnc.info' as the repeater when using the internet. This is the slow connection. Do you think the bottleneck is in the repeater?

I'm connecting two computers (notebooks) using the uvnc repeater and all seems to work but it is painfully slow. I've connected the same two computers using Teamviewer and the connections are very quick. Screen refresh is fast. On PcHelpWare it takes close to one minute to refresh after I open an ...

Thanks for the tip. I think I was trying to use an old Host Repeater setting. Using the one in your example seem to make it work.

As I'm testing PcHelpWare, I'm able to get it to work within a local network but not across the internet. My questions are:

1. Will the server work if the machine is already VNC?

2. Can I use the internet connection if both systems are behind the same NAT? I was trying this for testing. (Two ...
