I got it working now. I use the command prompt all the time so I have it default to C:\ instead of the folder it is working in, causing those files to be written in C:\. I have added a CD command into the correct directory and now it is working.

I just downloaded PCHelpWare Rel1.0. I have read all of the configuration stuff and I tried to create a test server using the PcHelpWare_viewer.exe file and I will save the .phw file with all of the settings, and click on Create Server. No new folders or files are created within the myservers folder ...
