Thanks bevtech - that looks like a step in the right direction as I can send just one exe to any cutomer, but this means I will need to open a port for each tech. eg 5500 forwarded to support 1, 5600 forwarded to support 2 etc. Is there a way to open just one port on our fiewall and have a repeater ...
