PC ip is reserved within router.
Through maybe my work might be bloking the trafic. I ll try to see if any of my friedn can connect.

Thanks for the reply. I will be supporting same clients over a long period of time. So its not going to be one time only support call. I think my best option is to get UVNC server installed on their server.
Is this possible over WAN with UVNC server?

Also, check win event logs. You should be able to see the IP that made the connection. It should be listed as WinVNC under events....I think.
