please use the repeater from the package PcHelpWare for work
do not use the separate download repeater from UltraVNC with PcHelpWare
the most common error:
forgotten input password at viewer before Start
forgotten input password at server before Connect

It does not play at all..
I setup my own Repeater , with 3 ports open! 5912 5500 5901 it working perfectly from outside! and in pchelpware test button is working perfect! but!!!!!! wheni create the server and the viewer , it can't connect each other
