Re: Single Click Stops Accepting Input

SC run as application. "system windows" are protected by UAC and only allow input by other UAC started apps ( or services). If a UAC started app is on foreground, it block all input and you are in view only mode. As soon as this window is minimized or close you get back full input access. If you ...

Single Click Stops Accepting Input

Hi There! We have Single Click compiled with the latest online version and are using 1.1.8.6 on the listener end. We have noticed that quite frequently, when we are working remotely, our ability to use keyboard and mouse remotely seems to stop. We can SEE what is happening at the other end, but not ...

SC Update 2012

Hi There! We are a long time user of SC, I don't think I could run my business without it now. We notice that with SC more than other VNC Variants we used we end up getting a fair number of "hangs" and screen update anomolies where the screen won't update at our end for 30+ seconds, and I am ...

Re: SC small exe Update 2011

I see this only works with 1.0.8 or 1.09.51 but I don't see 1.0.9.51, only 1.09.50?

I have 1.0.8.2

Do I upgrade to 1.0.9.5 or can someone link me to .1?

Ongoing Issues with SC

Hi There!

We often have a problem where a connection to a client connected via SC will be dropped either sometime or immediately with a "running as application" error. How can we resolve this?

SC Application Error

Hi There! We have run VNC with SC successfully for years, but recently we have found a reasonably frequent number of times where vnc seems to hang and then we get a dialog box saying "server closed connection - the server running as application" We are not aware of any changes we have made that ...

Re: SC with extra functionality

One thing that has become more useful over time is the ability to run services or commands as an elevated user, or to log the user off who has restricted rights, and log them in with the administrator user, without disconnecting from the workstation. SCPrompt uses the UVNC server, so supports the ...

Vista Copy/Paste doesn't work

Hi There! Trying to copy and paste between host and remote doesn't work for me on a xp to vista connection. Is there a way to have settings "stick" in the viewer such as turning off upnp perm etc. Can I have the server "start" after disconnect again, rather than manually doing it each time?
