How do I replace my current Single Click with PcHelpWare?

I have a single click setup now for my small IT business to help our customers and I see that his has some more encryption to it. Also it allows me ot only have one port open on the router but still have multiple connections. So I wanted some help on upgrading to this. Right now I have he UVNC viewer starting up with with windows as a service for all 3 of my techs and I cannot find a way to do the same with PcHelpWare. I do not want them to have select the profile and then hit start before each time they want to work with a client.
Also I noticed that the file transfer is missing from the tool bar. How can I get that back or is that gone at this point? Also do I have create a profile per tech and then copy the connect string to my helpdesk.txt file for each host or is there a simple way to create these?
