How can I ask you the source code by PM if phpBB forum says me "We are sorry, but you are not authorized to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature." ?

This is due to the anti-spam measures. It should work for you now, and either way - as you did - you can always just reply in the open.
