We use SC at our help desk, and a customer is asking what the idle timeout for a session is. I know that I've been kicked out of systems after a period of inactivity, but I don't know exactly what the timeout is or if it is configurable (probably hard coded).
Any thoughts?

I am pretty sure it is hardcoded.. I think it might be 5 minutes on inactivity but dont quote me on that.

singleclick (SC) aka winvncsc wait 5 min until connection available, otherwise, close itself.
vncviewer 1.0.1 or tabbed_vncviewer 1.2.9
Their not close the active connection but just reduce number of updates as minimized or there no screen update.
vncviewer or tabbed_vncviewer +dmsplugin (encrypted connection),
maintain cruising speed even there nothing screen update or vncviewer minimized to taskbar )
