Some basic questions

I created the SC exe without problem but my listener never "hears" it.

The listener is listening on port 5500.

The PC running SC is behind a firewall with only ports 80 and 443 open.

I have tried the following in the helpdesk.txt:
-plugin -connect blah.no-ip.com:5500 -noregistry

I assume the -plugin argument causes SC to go out via port 443. Does that mean the listener needs to be listening to port 443 also?

to your broadband router, (vnc viewer side)
forward port 443 to your internal IP of your computer hosting vncviewer listening.

viewer:
Start ... Run...
Open box: vncviewer -listen 443



remark:
-plugin
don't use it unless you are familiar with the basic usage of SC above
need only if you use msrc4plugin, need your own rc4.key
