technician viewer -listen (ready) 1.0.1
customer lunch SingleClick 1.0.0
technicien viewer receive message "Accept Incoming SC connection"
technician click No receive message "Ultr@VNC Info" You refused connection...
customer don't know their request was refused !!!! (just SingleClick) closed without any comment
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
OS Win: xp home + vista business + 7 home
only experienced user, not developer
